Because in Buenos Aires, the network covers really leave much to be desired, and rare are the places where your inseparable mobile will show you all small bars, whoever is your operator, Movistar, Personal or which I know. I even do not speak to you about textos, who cannot be accepted if your indicative of the number of portable (announced by your operator, of course) is one 15 instead of one 11. Or the opposite. In short, the mobile telephony here, it is complete chaos.
