Brusque and at least unusual increases in temperatures recorded these two last days (28,6 C yesterday, for an average of 13 C today!) and the storms of heat which have followed from it this night made cast the ink into porteniens newspapers, who ask the question of knowledge when will arrive the famous storm of Santa Rosa, which should announce the end of the winter in the southern hemisphere. Considered to be one of the worst storms of the year, the storm of Santa Rosa watches each other indeed generally every year, between ten days preceding August 30th, day of Santa Rosa de Lima, and first twenty days of September.
