The humidity in Buenos Aires returns more lively cold and heavier heat. Located north of the city, the district of Recoleta was created in the vicinity of 1870, while the easiest inhabitants of Buenos Aires escaped the district of San Telmo and the epidemic of yellow fever which clamped down there, to become established on height, reputed healthier.
