Some months ago of this I had implemented solution CRM vTiger as part of my internship in Buenos Aires. And then there is not much I felt once again the need to have recourse to a tool CRM to manage the commercial activity of which I am charging up since the beginning of the month. It is this time SugarCRM who won confrontation, thanks to its fan of functionality a little broader than that of vTiger. So, SugarCRM brings an answer more adapted in term of commercial management of course, but also and especially in term of documentary management and of management of plans; indeed, SugarCRM has a module devoted to the management of plan, Project Management, capable even of exporting data for the attention of Microsoft Project! A not negligible functionality in the case of an agency Web with strong technical gain, what is not for example the case of an agency of institutional communication
